ABQ Vacation... Great fun!

Here we are at the Balloon Fiesta... Trevor lost interest in the balloons after all the cool shapes had taken off, but he was a total trooper with his coloring. :) Oh... I forgot to post this balloon for Troy... Continental was a sponsor of the event... Santa Fe was a great adventure... and a fun little town. Bought some gorgeous jewelry and had a yummy lunch at Tia Sofia's. And we even managed to get a few family photos... And a favorite activity for many.... The shooting range! :) I wasn't shooting very well this day, as you can see from my target below, but I still loved it! And Brad's new assault rifle was pretty cool to try out. :) The kids all loved the park... and look, they are all little budding "tree-huggers"

ABQ Vacation Continued.... Here are a few with people in them. :)

Who ever heard of a corn box instead of a sandbox? The kids (and adults) all seemed to love it... The corn maze was great fun.... even with a few rough sections for the wheelchair... haha! The kids didn't seem to mind. :) The Lasso area (or was it a lariat? Carly do you know?) at the end of the corn maze was fun for many... Except Luke.. He didn't seem to like it at all when his Dad hog-tied him. Poor little guy. Shelly and Trevor playing with what seemed to be the favorite toy of the trip... Madde's Doll HouseApparently Hunter loves to help clean...At the end of the corn maze, there was a little petting zoo... Elli-Bean and Auntie Jen being silly...

ok.... a few more. :) It's a lot of photos... I know... sorry...

The balloon festival was so much fun! This day Shelly, Trevor, Mom, and I went to go check out the "special shapes day". They were so very cool! Thanks Mom, Shelly and Trevor for getting up so early (the second day in a row) so that I could check out all these balloons!

The gargoyle was one of my favorites and I also loved Noah's Ark. There were just so many cool looking, fun balloons! The spiderman and darth vador were some of Elli's favorites.... understandable. Madde seemed to love the "bright idea" smiling lightbulb when we looked at photos together but she liked lots of the others too. The bumble bees in the post below were wearing breast cancer ribbons and launched holding hands... but then let go in flight.

And more importantly it was so great to have all that time with my awesome family! Thanks all for such a fun trip!!
